Solar technology has improved to the point that areas of the northeast United States that were not of interest to the solar industry, have now become economic. The great weight of experts in electrical power generation expect solar to greatly increase in market share. These factors have led to a new “land rush”. Brokers, developers and speculators are looking to tie up available acreage at key points in the grid. 
 
As land managers to our clients, we endeavor to provide our clients with solar leasing at locations in which it is the highest and best use for the property. In simple terms, where it will provide a landowner a greater financial return than any other use. Our mission is to create income for the rural landowner where otherwise owning land has marginal income benefit.
 
Our company believes that this opportunity is a “window in time”. Developers will conduct leasing until sufficient grid space is constructed. Leasing will end as the bulk of the grid is satisfied with the solar demand.
